Duthie orthodontics called me back when they had availability and took me when no one else in a 40 mile radius would. Dr. Duthie had a lovely bedside manner and was prompt in tending to me. The work was phenomenal and this was the best orthodontic experience I've ever had. I almost wish I had lived here while I did invisalign so that Dr. Duthie could've been my ortho!"
"Came in to have a permanent retainer fixed and to get impressions for a retainer of my upper teeth. They were able to squeeze me in and make it all happen within an hour. Everyone at the office, from doctor to tech to secretary was incredibly lovely and extremely attentive. Very, very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend!"

Dr. Duthie was very genuine, patient, and provided professional help. She was given a new retainer right after fitting. My daughter said she likes them and their service. "I had permanent retainers put in when I got my braces off back in 2003 from another ortho when I lived in Jersey. About 1.5 years ago I went to Dr. Duthie because both were starting to come loose. I had such great customer service from the staff & Dr. Duthie, & he was extremely generous. He did a temporary fix for me. Today I went back to him because my upper retainer broke & he removed it & made me a new retainer. Again, he was extremely generous. I will definitely go back to him when my bottom retainer goes. I will also refer him to everyone I know. I cannot believe anyone would give him or his practice a negative review. I had a wonderful experience & he is a man of great generosity & kindness. He is not out to make a buck & is more than willing to work with his clients, especially those who do not have insurance & cannot afford the costs of services. I highly recommend Dr. Duthie to anyone. I also have a friend who’s daughter went to him, & again she says the same about him."
"I am new to Ithaca and was looking for an Orthodontist to help me replace a lower invisalign retainer, as my dog decided to eat mine (what an embassinging reason especially being a teacher). I highly recommend Dr. Duthie and his staff. I found Dr. Duthie from a google search; radiating positive reviews popped up.From my first call to set up an appointment, to my first visit, service was outstanding. The receptionist made my appointment and explained I can save myself time by filling out my patient history prior to my visit online, I took advantage of this and it was painless and easy. The receptionists directions were excellent the building was easy to find and absolutely stunning (feels like a spa). The entire staff provides service with a smile. Beverages and magazines await your arrival in the most comfortable waiting room. Michelle helped me and was delightful. Dr. Duthie was warm, caring professional and extremely knowledgable. I felt valued as he gave me his time freely with a smile. I did not feel rushed as sometimes Doctors can make us feel. His warmth as a person comes through. He even shared some recommendation for dentists. My experience makes me wish he had been my orthodontist from the beginning of my treatments. Thanks Dr. Duthie"
