Charles DiCosimo, DMD

Dr. Charles J. DiCosimo III was born and raised in Manlius, NY and is a graduate of Fayetteville-Manlius High School. He attended the University of Rochester for his undergraduate education, obtaining his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with distinction.

He went on to study dentistry at the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. In 2015, he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree graduating Magna Cum Laude. He remained at Boston University for an additional three years while completing his Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics specialty program, graduating in the spring of 2018 with a Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD) and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS) degree.

Dr. DiCosimo enjoys being an orthodontist because it provides a unique opportunity to treat patients of all ages and develop a personal relationship with them during their course of treatment. Improving an individual’s smile can also have a tremendously positive impact on their overall self-esteem. It is a vastly rewarding experience to watch these changes over time and to see a patient’s reaction to their new and improved smile.

In his spare time, Dr. DiCosimo enjoys spending time with his family, his wife Alissa, and his son Charlie. He is an absolute Buffalo Bills and Syracuse Basketball fanatic and could talk sports all day, every day. Dr. DiCosimo is especially excited to be back in his hometown to deliver exceptional orthodontic care to this wonderful community.
