"Our experience with Dr. Duthie has been fantastic. Dr. Duthie is not only a knowledgeable, skilled, expert orthodontist, but he is also a kind, welcoming doctor who is able to relate to his teenage (and younger and older) patients. My son actually liked going to all the appointments just to get to talk with Dr. Duthie. My son's teeth aligned exactly as explained by Dr. Duthie before he applied the braces. We are beyond happy with the result. We also are so thankful for Dr. Duthie's amazing office. The entire team there is so supportive, welcoming, attentive and friendly. We always got an immediate call back when we called with a "broken bracket" emergency and Carrie always found a way to fit us in. The entire team at Duthie Orthodontics is professional, friendly, caring and welcoming. The entire experience was just excellent, Dr. Duthie and his team always exceeding our expectations. Wearing braces can be tough for teens (for anyone), but thanks to Dr. Duthie and his team, we sailed through this experience and are so thankful for Duthie Orthodontics."

"Both of my kids have had their teeth fixed with Dr. Duthie. One had Invisalign, the other braces. We even moved away from the one office, but could still be seen easily at the other office. The staff was always great and very professional. Overall a great experience."

"THE BEST. The staff are amazing and so personable. Not even kidding, Dr Duthie is really the friendliest and most personable doctor I’ve ever dealt with. He really takes the time to answer every question or concern I had. And went above and beyond to make me and my daughter feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to hear. He and his staff truly care about each and every one of their patients and takes the time to hear and understand each patient’s treatment individually. My daughter is 9 and always dreads just going to her 6 month dental cleanings. She just got braces put on 3 days ago and she’s already looking forward to her next appointment!! Which is huge!! So looks like you guys are stuck with us now lol. People, It’s a no brainer this place is it! I give it a 100000000/10! 😁😁"
"I’m new to the area and nowhere accepted my insurance! I was expecting a huge bill to pay out of pocket to get my braces removed and be fitted for a retainer. Dr. Duthie was genuine and a gods gift when i needed him he was willing to finish my treatment at no cost to me! All of the staff was unbelievably kind and i couldn’t have asked for better service! I 100% recommend these amazing people to anyone looking for an orthodontist! Thank you Dr. Duthie and all of the staff!"
"Several reasons why I would say this is BEST orthodontist in town. 100% satisfaction with Duthie Orthodontist. Highly recommended for students (especially my fellow Cornellians) from the area to choose this orthodontist! The team and Dr. Duthie are beyond AMAZING!❤️Instead of choosing a closer orthodontist near Cornell University, I am totally willing to drive longer from Cornell to Duthie Orthodontist because of my amazing experience with the team. 🦷☺️First, I feel like I’m being treated with respect, kindness, and more than just a patient. The doctor and the staff are truly empathetic listeners, and they think about my well-being & truly listen to my need. They tried to get to know me — what I study at Cornell, where I am from, and how long I have had metal braces before, etc.Second, I can feel their honesty and professionalism, and again they are really good listeners and made me feel welcome & respected. Let’s be honest, some orthodontists out there just wanna get your money and don’t *actually* listen to our needs💰. "I had permanent retainers put in when I got my braces off back in 2003 from another ortho when I lived in Jersey. About 1.5 years ago I went to Dr. Duthie because both were starting to come loose. I had such great customer service from the staff & Dr. Duthie, & he was extremely generous. He did a temporary fix for me. Today I went back to him because my upper retainer broke & he removed it & made me a new retainer. Again, he was extremely generous. I will definitely go back to him when my bottom retainer goes. I will also refer him to everyone I know. I cannot believe anyone would give him or his practice a negative review. I had a wonderful experience & he is a man of great generosity & kindness. He is not out to make a buck & is more than willing to work with his clients, especially those who do not have insurance & cannot afford the costs of services. I highly recommend Dr. Duthie to anyone. I also have a friend who’s daughter went to him, & again she says the same about him."
"Dr. Duthie and the staff are extremely polite, outgoing, and kind. The enviroment that they all create is wonderful. They work with you on making payments and are very understanding. Where as other orthodontists I went to would not work with me and seemed like they only cared about the money. You can tell that Dr. Duthie and all the staff truly care! "Duthie is remarkable. Their customer service is better than any health related business I have ever encountered. Michelle at the desk is sweet and accommodating. She creates a cheerful, bright environment when you first walk in that remains throughout the visit. Dr. Duthie and all of the staff are kind and easy going. His good nature and sense of humor put us at ease from the moment we met him. As a family, we were dreading braces. Duthie worked with us in all ways to make it an enjoyable, completely unstressful experience. We LOVE them."
