The orthodontist is truly amazing — professional, knowledgeable, kind, and takes the time to make you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and the quality of care he provides.The assistants are just as incredible! They are always smiling, welcoming, and happy to see you, which makes every visit such a positive experience. "Dr. Abdallah Michail is amazing. If you had bad experiences with the last female doctor, you are not the only one. Dr. Michail goes out of his way to explain and go over all the charts. He goes the extra steps, that in all actually, he doesn't have to. You can tell he cares and is great with talking to kids about what is most important for their teeth. Not just looks but health over all. Please give Duthie orthodontist another chance if possible. I'm just a parent who has seen the bad parts of dentistry, but this is a gem."

They are very accommodating with scheduling appointments or adding any additional adjustment appointments as needed. Getting braces as an adult was something I was unsure about, but has been the best decision with Dr. Duthie and Michele's assistance."

"THE BEST. The staff are amazing and so personable. Not even kidding, Dr Duthie is really the friendliest and most personable doctor I’ve ever dealt with. He really takes the time to answer every question or concern I had. And went above and beyond to make me and my daughter feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to hear. He and his staff truly care about each and every one of their patients and takes the time to hear and understand each patient’s treatment individually. My daughter is 9 and always dreads just going to her 6 month dental cleanings. She just got braces put on 3 days ago and she’s already looking forward to her next appointment!! Which is huge!! So looks like you guys are stuck with us now lol. People, It’s a no brainer this place is it! I give it a 100000000/10! 😁😁"

"This place is really great. They went out of their way to schedule an appointment quickly when I had an urgent issue and were really clear with options and pricing upfront. (They also offered a better price than other places I called when I was looking for an ortho.) Every person along the way from the front desk to the professionals in back to the Dr. himself were super friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend."
